Mengingat, tubuh memerlukan asupan gula setelah seharian berpuasa. Namun, bukan berarti setiap berbuka Anda boleh melahap kolak dan kawan-kawannya.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut ini lima cara sederhana yang dapat Anda lakukan untuk mengontrol kadar gula darah:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Olahraga<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lakukanlah olahraga setidaknya 20 hingga 30 menit setiap hari. Waktu tersebut lebih sedikit dari jumlah waktu yang Anda habiskan untuk berkumpul bersama teman. Maka Anda bisa menambahkan kayu manis ke dalam minuman atau makanan Anda.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Hindari minuman bersoda<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Minuman ringan bersoda mengandung gula yang sangat banyak. Bila selama ini Anda hanya memerhatikan kadar gula dalam makanan, mulai saat ini hitung juga gula yang Anda konsumsi dari minuman.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Makan teratur<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Makan dengan jam makan yang teratur, dapat membuat Anda lebih mudah untuk mengontrol jumlah dan jenis makanan yang Anda konsumsi. Makanlah dengan aturan tiga kali makan besar dan dua kali makan selingan.
