Ada berbagai cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Termasuk menerapkan pola hidup sehat, menghindari stres hingga mengkonsumsi suplemen agar sistem kekeblalan tubuh prima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Menerapkan\npola hidup sehat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Berikut beberapa langkah yang bisa\nditempuh untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714\ufe0fperbanyak makan sayur dan buah <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714\ufe0fcukup istirahat <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714\ufe0fhindari stres<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714\ufe0frutin berolahraga <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714\ufe0fhindari merokok dan alkohol <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Suplemen\nuntuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Jika kita akan mengkonsumsi suplemen untuk\ntubuh, perhatikan kandungan yang terdapat dalam nya.
