Vitamin A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vitamin A&nbsp;berfungsi untuk menjaga kesehatan mata.\nVitamin ini membantu mata untuk melihat dalam cahaya yang redup dan membedakan\nwarna benda. Selain itu, vitamin A juga berperan dalam menjaga kesehatan kulit\ndan membantu sistem imun melawan infeksi. Kekurangan vitamin A dapat\nmenyebabkan penyakit&nbsp;rabun senja&nbsp;yang membuat penderitanya sulit\nmelihat ketika malam hari atau dalam cahaya yang redup. Selain itu, kekurangan\nvitamin A juga bisa menyebabkan keratomalasia, yaitu kekeringan pada kornea\nmata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Vitamin B<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ada 8 jenis vitamin B dengan fungsi yang berbeda-beda,\nyaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vitamin B1\nyang berfungsi untuk membantu tubuh mengubah makanan menjadi energi, serta\nmenjaga kesehatan kulit.<\/li><li>Vitamin B2\nyang berfungsi untuk membantu tubuh menghasilkan energi dari makanan, serta\nmembantu sel tubuh membakar lemak dan menjaga kesehatan kulit.<\/li><li>Vitamin B3\n(niacin) yang berfungsi untuk membantu sel-sel tubuh mengubah makanan menjadi\nenergi, serta menjaga kesehatan kulit.<\/li><li>Vitamin B5\n(pantothenic acid) yang berfungsi untuk membantu sel tubuh memproduksi asam\nlemak dan hormon.<\/li><li>Vitamin B6\nyang berfungsi untuk membantu tubuh dalam menggunakan dan memproses cadangan\ngula menjadi energi, serta membantu produksi sel darah merah.<\/li><li>Vitamin B7\n(biotin) yang berfungsi untuk membantu produksi asam lemak dan asam amino\nketika dibutuhkan oleh tubuh.<\/li><li>Vitamin\nB9&nbsp;(asam folat) yang berperan penting dalam proses pembelahan sel,\nterutama pada ibu hamil, sehingga dapat meminimalkan risiko terjadinya kelainan\nbawaan pada janin.<\/li><li>Vitamin B12\nyang berfungsi untuk membantu pembentukan sel darah merah, serta memelihara\nfungsi saraf<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kekurangan vitamin B&nbsp;dapat menyebabkan terganggunya\nberbagai proses metabolisme. Selain itu, penyakit yang dapat timbul akibat\nkekurangan vitamin ini adalah beriberi, dermatitis, diare, dan&nbsp;anemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Vitamin C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vitamin C&nbsp;atau&nbsp;ascorbic acid&nbsp;dibutuhkan\ntubuh untuk memproduksi kolagen. Kolagen sendiri merupakan salah satu serat\nprotein yang berperan dalam&nbsp;menjaga kekenyalan kulit, membantu penyembuhan\nluka, serta memperkuat pembuluh darah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain itu, manfaat vitamin ini juga berperan dalam produksi norepinefrin dan serotonin,\u00a0yaitu zat kimia otak (neurotransmitter) yang berfungsi untuk mengirim sinyal antar saraf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kekurangan vitamin C dapat menyebabkan Anda mengalami\nanemia, gusi berdarah, gangguan sistem saraf, dan penurunan massa otot, serta\nmembuat luka Anda sulit sembuh dan rentan terinfeksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.
