Kemampuan menjalankan puasa saat hamil tergantung dengan kondisi ibu hamil dan janinnya apakah dalam keadaan sehat atau tidak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, jikalau tetap memilih menjalankan ibadah puasa, tentunya menu-menu yang dimakan saat berbuka puasa dan sahur harus lebih diperhatikan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jangan jadikan puasa sebagai alasan untuk membatasi zat gizi yang ibu berikan untuk janin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walaupun puasa selama hamil dapat menyebabkan kondisi yang disebut \u201c<em>accelerated starvation<\/em>\u201d (kondisi di mana hormon yang mengatur glukosa darah terganggu dan kadar glukosa darah dapat menurun drastis). Namun, kondisi ini dapat dihindari dengan cara mengatur pola makan selama puasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menu makanan saat buka puasa dan sahur harus tetap memperhatikan menu gizi seimbang<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pilih karbohidrat kompleks<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Makanan ini membutuhkan waktu lama untuk dicerna sehingga rasa lapar akan datang lebih lama. Karbohidrat kompleks terdiri dari nasi merah, roti gandum, pasta gandum, oatmeal, dan kacang-kacangan.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perbanyak konsumsi makanan yang mengandung banyak protein<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Menu puasa untuk ibu hamil yang mengandung banyak protein yaitu daging, ikan, telur, dan kacang-kacangan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Batasi makanan manis<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Makanan manis membantu meningkatkan kadar gula darah yang turun saat berpuasa, namun setelah itu dapat menyebabkan menurunnya kadar gula darah dengan cepat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal ini mengakibatkan ibu hamil menjadi lemas dan lemah serta dapat membuat cepat merasa lapar. Kebiasaan menyantap makanan manis ketika mengawali buka puasa sebaiknya diganti dengan menyantap buah-buahan yang manis karena dapat membantu menyediakan energi saat awal berbuka puasa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Batasi juga makanan yang mengandung lemak tinggi<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini termasuk gorengan, <em>cake<\/em>, donat, pizza, burger, daging berlemak, kulit ayam, dan lainnya. Ganti dengan makanan yang mengandung lemak baik, seperti alpukat, kacang, minyak ikan, ikan, keju, dan lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perbanyak makanan yang mengandung kalsium. Contohnya susu, keju, yoghurt, sayuran hijau, ikan dengan tulangnya, dan lain-lain. Makanan ini membantu menyediakan cukup kalsium untuk janin.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Banyak minum air putih<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebaiknya minum sekitar 1,5-2 liter sehari untuk mencegah dehidrasi. Hindari pula minuman yang berkafein seperti kopi dan teh karena bersifat diuretik. Hal ini menyebabkan seringnya buang air kecil dan akan mengakibatkan kehilangan lebih banyak air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekali lagi, ini adalah pilihan bagi ibu hamil untuk menjalani puasa atau tidak. Ibu hamil harus yakin dengan kondisi tubuhnya saat ia memutuskan untuk menjalani ibadah puasa. Sebaiknya konsultasikan dengan dokter Anda sebelum memutuskan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika memilih untuk melakukan puasa, dukungan dari suami, orangtua, dan orang sekitar bagi ibu hamil untuk menjalani puasa sangat diperlukan.
