Sepertinya Rasulullah yang sehat jasmani dan rohaninya<br>Sabda Rasul SAW yg diriwayatkan oleh Muslim :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0646\u0650\u0639\u0652\u0645\u064e\u062a\u064e\u0627\u0646\u0650 \u0645\u064e\u063a\u0652\u0628\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064c \u0641\u0650\u064a\u0647\u0650\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0643\u064e\u062b\u0650\u064a\u0631\u064c \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u064e\u0651\u0627\u0633\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0635\u0650\u0651\u062d\u064e\u0651\u0629\u064f \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0641\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0627\u063a\u064f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artinya \u201cAda dua nikmat yang seringkali di lalaikan oleh manusia yaitu nikmat Sehat dan kesempatan atau waktu luang\u201d<br><br>Mengapa Nabi Muhammad selalu sehat ? Ada beberapa hal yang membuat Rasulullah SAW selalu sehat, yaitu :<br>Pertama, Beliau senantiasa Bangun Subuh. Disebutkan bahwa udara Subuh sangat segar banyak mengandung zat asam yang diperlukan untuk pernapasan manusia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kedua,\u00a0 Rasulullah SAW selalu menjaga kebersihan<br>Ketiga,\u00a0 Beliau selalu makan secukupnya,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keempat<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0Rasulullah\u00a0selalu berjalan kaki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari penjelasan-penjelasan diatas, ada enam hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam menyeimbangkan gaya hidup jasmani dan rohani yaitu: 1. Ikhtiar 2. Ikhlas 3. Bersabar 4. Bersyukur 5. Berdo\u2019a 6.Bertawakal <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menyeimbangkan gaya hidup jasmani dan rohani diatur dalam Islam.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agama Islam sangat\u00a0 memberikan perhatian yang sangat luar biasa terhadap masalah kesehatan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam Islam, kesehatan adalah unsur penting yang menjadi penunjang utama kita untuk melaksanakan segala aktivitas dan khususnya ibadah kepada Yang Maha Esa, Allah SWT sebagaimana dicontohkan rasulullah SAW.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kesehatan jasmani dan rohani sangat penting untuk tubuh, selain sehat jasmani yang membuat badan seger, ada rohani yang membuat raga semakin bersyukur.
