Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penyajian menu makanan untuk anak pra sekolah dalam porsi yang mudah digenggam dan dikunyah. Berikut nutrisi penting yang dapat membantu tumbuh kembang anak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yang pertama Karbohidrat Karbohidrat, merupakan sumber energi utama yang membantu anak agar dapat beraktifitas dengan aktif setiap harinya. Anak \u2013 anak membutuhkan karbohidrat sekitar 220 gr \/ hari. Yang ke dua Protein, Protein Adalah nutrisi yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan tumbuh kembang anak. Protein yang dibutuhkan &nbsp;untuk anak usia pra sekolah sebanyak 35 gr \/ hari. Protein bagi anak, berguna untuk meningkatkan fungsi organ tubuh, pembentukan antibody untuk melawan virus dan bakteri juga sebagai sumber energi. Yang ke tiga Lemak, Lemak termasuk nutrisi yang baik untuk perkembangan otak, sumber energy, dan untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit. Asupan gizi lemak pada anak dibutuhkan sekitar 62 gr\/hari. Yang ke Empat Serat, Idealnya anak membutuhkan asupan serat sebanyak 22 gr\/ hari. Akibat dari kekurangan serat bisa menyebabkan anak mengalami sembelit. Anak usia sekolah memerlukan asupan gizi dari buah setidaknya 2 porsi buah setiap harinya. Yang ke Lima Vitamin dan mineral Termasuk dalam zat gizi mikro. Salah satu mineral yang baik untuk pertumbuhan tubuh anak yakni kalsium. Kalsium, dibutuhkan untuk pertumbuhan tulang dan gigi. Bukan hanya itu, kalsium juga diperlukan untuk fungsi jantung, pembekuan darah, serta fungsi otot.
