Puasa selama di bulan ramadhan merupakan rukun islam yang ke 3 yang wajib dijalankan bagi yang mampu secara fisik. Untuk mendampingi anak \u2013 anak belajar berpuasa, orang tua memiliki peeranan yang sangat penting. Karena, sebaiknya, para orang tua mendampingi dan memberikan perhatian khusus pada anak. Disarankan, pada saat sahur dan berbuka puasa, anak \u2013 anak mengonsumsi makanan yang tinggi nutrisi. Setiap kali makan, baiknya mengisi setengah piring dengan sayur dan buah dan setengah lainnya dengan makanan pokok dan lauk pauk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Langkah awal yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi anak selama berpuasa, pastikan makanan dan minuman yang dikonsumsi anak mengandung cukup gizi mulai dari protein, lemak, vitain, mineral, serat, dan air. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kebutuhan cairan tubuhnya juga harus diperhatikan guna mencegah dehidrasi pada anak. Anak \u2013 anak memiliki resiko untuk mengalami dehidrasi oleh karena itu, pada waktu antara berbuka hingga sahur, cukupkan cadangan cairan tubuh anak.
