Yaitu, setelah sahur dan malam sebelum tidur. Menjaga nafas agar tetap segar saat berpuasa, bukan Cuma soal menyikat gigi secara teratur tapi juga harus diimbangi dengan asupan yang tepat. Beberapa asupan yang dapat menjaga skesegaran nafasa selama berpuasa antara lain : Air mineral, kekurangan asupan air akan membuat mulut menjadi kering dan memicu perkembangbiakan bakteri penyebab bau mulut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mengatasinya wajib mengonsumsi air minimal 8 gelas\/ hari. Yaitu 2 gelas saat buka puasa, 4 gelas sebelum tidur, dan 2 gelas saat sahur. Apel dengan mengunyah apel, akan meningkatkan prosuksi air liur yang berfungsi sebagai pembersih mulut alami. Mengonsumsi apel, akan meningkatkan kelembaban rongga mulut sehingga bakteri penyebab bau mulut tidak leluasa berkembang biak.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selanjutnya ada yougurt, di dalam yougurt terdapat bakteri baik yang mampu mencegah kemunculan dan melawan bakteri penyebab bau mulut. Jahe, kandungan gingerol yang menimbulkan rasa pedas pada jahe, dapat merangsang produksi sulfhdyl oxidase (enzim pemecah belerang pada mulut ). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan kemunculan enzim tersebut, membuat aroma nafas berangsur \u2013 angsur membaik. Terakhir adalah teh hijau, teh hijau memiliki senyawa aktif yang berfungsi menghilangkan plak pada gigi yang menjadi penyebab bau mulut.
